
Jennifer Rubin practices in the area of domestic relations and estate planning. She received her B.A. from the University of Michigan, where she focused primarily on pre-law, communications, and psychology. While at the University of Michigan, Ms. Rubin received her Class Honors for two semesters. She received her J.D. from New York Law School in 2002.
Ms. Rubin is admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the District of Arizona. She is a member of the Arizona State and American Bar Association, and the Family Law Section of both Associations. Ms. Rubin is also a member of the Arizona Women Lawyers Association.
Ms. Rubin’s practice is devoted almost exclusively to family law matters. She has extensive experience in child custody, child support, and divorce matters. Ms. Rubin’s family law experience also encompasses the areas of paternity, grandparent’s rights, and adoption. Ms. Rubin is experienced in drafting pre- and post-marital agreements.
