Evan Schechter practices primarily in the areas of litigation, real estate, construction and intellectual property law.
Mr. Schechter graduated cum laude with a BSE in Aerospace Engineering from Arizona State University and cum laude with a JD and Intellectual Property Certificate from ASU Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law. He is a registered Patent attorney licensed to practice before the US Patent and Trademark office.
Mr. Schechter’s legal experience started with the Lisa Foundation Patent Law Clinic at Arizona State University, where he drafted various patent applications and advised individuals and small entities on patents and trademarks. During and after law school he interned at the Arizona Attorney General’s Office, where he worked on complex cases worth hundreds of millions of dollars and with complex constitutional issues.
Mr. Schechter is a member of the American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics (AIAA) and Maricopa County Bar Association.
